This week, healthcare leaders from three provinces came together in Manitoba to strengthen their ability to coach, mentor and support dementia care teams across Canada. 
AGE is proud to partner with organizations that continue to prioritize evidence-informed education and person-centred care. 
The impact of this investment will extend far beyond the classroom, supporting thousands of residents, families and care providers in the years ahead.

This week, Extendicare health care professionals from Manitoba, Alberta and Ontario are investing in the knowledge and coaching skills that strengthen dementia care across their communities. We’re excited to partner with Extendicare this July, in Manitoba to deliver a GPA Certified Coach (GPA CC) Workshop, bringing together leaders and educators from Extendicare care communities across Manitoba, Alberta and Ontario.  This workshop represents more than professional development, it reflects a shared commitment to ensuring people living with dementia and cognitive changes receive compassionate, evidence-informed care wherever they call home. 
Together, we’re building coaching capacity that strengthens care teams, supports quality improvement, and enhances the experience of residents and families across Canada.
