I am so proud of Nancy for entering her first Powerlifting Meet and winning Best Master Women's Lifter as well as Gold for Master Women in her weight class. Congrats on your Deadlift PR 💪💪 as well.

It was a privilege to be there with Nancy on Sunday, and I am grateful for her trust and confidence in me as her coach. She trusted the process and put in the work!

Lifting heavy in your home gym is very different than lifting on the platform in front of referees and spectators. Nancy showed courage, putting herself out there, and incredible resiliency throughout the meet. Anyone who has competed in Powerlifting knows that anything can happen on meet day, and sometimes the bar doesn't go up.

Thank you for showing us, especially other Master Women's, how badass we can be!

Day 3 Canadian Track Cycling Championships finished with some incredible racing and new champions 🥇🥈🥉.

Congratulations to all the athletes who stood on the podium over the weekend!

Extremely grateful to everyone who helped make this event a success, we wouldn't be here without the volunteers, our families, coaches, teammates, sponsors, and spectators cheering us on when we need it most 🙏❤️
