Dear Young Park Students and Families,

We are excited to share that the Young Park Martial Arts masters will be taking a short "2-night, 3-day Staff Appreciation & Workshop Trip to Cancun."

When we opened our second location, I made a promise to our Masters that if we reached the goals we set together, I would take them on a trip to recognize their hard work and dedication. I am very proud to say that our team achieved those goals, and it is important to me that I keep that promise.

The trip will also serve as a mini staff workshop, giving our Masters an opportunity to spend time together, exchange ideas, and discuss how we can continue improving our programs and providing the best possible experience for our students and families.

Our Masters will depart after classes on Saturday (August 22). Therefore, all Saturday classes will run as regularly scheduled.

Please note that we will be CLOSED on Monday, August 24. Regular classes will resume as usual on Tuesday, August 25.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and, most importantly, your continued trust and support. The growth of Young Park Martial Arts and the opening of our second location would not have been possible without our wonderful students, families and our amazing Masters.

Week 2 of Young Park Martial Arts Summer Camp was packed with action, learning and plenty of fun!

Campers challenged themselves during a visit to The Warrior Factory, enjoyed a pizza party and continued developing their skills through Taekwondo classes. There was also time for games, reading, friendships and lots of memorable moments together.

Every belt represents more than just new techniques, it reflects dedication, perseverance, discipline, and the confidence you've built through your hard work. We are incredibly proud of each and every student who took this important step forward on their martial arts journey.

While these photos capture just one of our testing sessions, we want to celebrate everyone who tested this weekend. Keep training, keep challenging yourselves, and remember that every class brings you one step closer to your goals.

What a fantastic Friday evening at the Mount Albion Elementary School Fun Fair!

Young Park Martial Arts was proud to be part of this wonderful community event, where students had the opportunity to learn some basic Taekwondo techniques, participate in a mini class, and experience the excitement of breaking their very own board!

A sincere thank you to the Mount Albion Parent Council for their hospitality and for all of the hard work that went into organizing such a successful event. Events like these help bring families together, strengthen school spirit, and create lasting memories for students.

We were thrilled to meet so many families and share the benefits of martial arts with the Mount Albion community.

Young Park Martial Arts Summer Camp is back for 2026!

Get ready for 4 action-packed weeks of fun, fitness, and friendship this July & August!

- Daily martial arts classes
- Weekly themed trips (Laser Mania, Warrior Factory, Flying Squirrel, Wild Water Works!)
- Pizza parties
- Games, reading, outdoor fun & more!

Details:
- Fully supervised by master instructors
- For ages 6 and up
- Held at our Hamilton location: 1004 Upper Wentworth Street

Price:
- Weekly Fee: $309 + HST
- Family Discount: 10% off each additional child
- Register for all 4 weeks and get 10% off per camper!

Camp Dates:
Week 1: July 20-24 (lazer mania)
Week 2: July 27-31 (warrior factory)
Week 3: Aug 10-14 (flying squirrel)
Week 4: Aug 17-21 (wild water works)
