Mohawk Everyday Hero 🦸‍♂️

Employees of Mohawk College who go above and beyond in making Mohawk an even greater place to learn and work can be nominated for a Mohawk Everyday Hero recognition by theirs peers.

Everyone who works at Mohawk is eligible, including faculty, support staff, admin staff, contracted employees and students working through our Campus Student Employment Program.

Nominations are reviewed by the Mohawk Executive Group and Everyday Hero awards are presented throughout the year.

This time, a team of 9 International Market Specialists as a group was recognized as international heroes.

The team often goes above and beyond to support students outside traditional business hours. They help create social connections with other expat students, ensuring students feel welcomed and supported. The team also works within their communities as volunteers and advocates. Always trying to find ways to connect and give back to their communities both personally and professionally.

David Braley Athletic & Recreation Centre (DBARC) - Mohawk College is Athletics and Recreation Centre offering two state-of-the-art facilities to support your athletics, wellness, and recreation needs.
