Thinking about everyone who has lost someone.

The holidays can be extremely difficult when you are dealing with grief.

I know. I miss my Mother terribly. I don’t think the the feeling of loss ever goes away.

December 7th was her heavenly birthday.

She left us June 13, 2020 and heaven gained another Angel. 💔

She was love, pure love.

Time passes, but the ache is ever present.

🔸Do you have a strong sense of who you are as a person?

🔸Is it easy for you to direct your energy towards yourself, focusing on what you want to pursue?

🔸Are you confident in how you show up in the world?

The way we carry ourselves and present ourselves to the external world creates the image that people view us in.

Therefore it is crucial that you always ask yourself if the image you are projecting out into the world is the impression that you want to be creating.

In order to lead a fulfilling life, it is necessary for you to be centered within your being, otherwise, you risk losing touch with who you are and can't recognize which direction you want to move in.

There is a healthy kind of selfishness that we all need to have, the one that allows us to go after what we seek in life and fulfill what it is that we are meant to do.

🔸So ask yourself, what are the ways in which you can contain your energy and learn how to focus on you more?

It's important that you are centered in your being and confident in yourself, otherwise, you won't be able to achieve all the things you set out to in your career.
