MDL is a club that endeavors to provide a platform for creative minds to come together and create innovative solutions for the progressive future.
The MDL club revolves around giving students the ability to use the intellectual principles taught in lecture, and apply them to real world problems in an open ended design process. The key goal of the MDL is to create and host two annual design competitions, CAD and UI/UX Designathons. Similar to a Hackathon, these 2-day events involve designing and building solutions to a current problem using CAD tools, 3D printing and other design softwares.
