HE’S STILL GOT IT 💯🔥

After nearly a DECADE away from competition, our school owner, Head Instructor & Head Team Coach, Mr. Cleary, stepped back onto the competition floor this past weekend at Battle 4 the Crown and reminded everyone exactly what he’s made of. 🥋🏆

Not only did Mr. Cleary take 1st Place in Men’s Traditional Weapons, but he went on to claim 18–34 Men’s & Women’s Overall Grand Champion, competing against some of the top martial artists in North America 🔥

But for us, this accomplishment means so much more than trophies.

Mr. Cleary spends every day teaching his students to be the best versions of themselves, and this weekend, he led by example.

He showed our team what determination, confidence, grit, discipline and mental toughness truly look like. Not just on the mats, but in life.

For years, Mr. Cleary has been the one standing in our corner coaching us through the wins, the losses, the nerves, the disappointments and the breakthroughs. He’s there through every high and every low of the competitive journey.

So getting to watch our entire team come together and return that support cheering him on, standing in his corner and watching him compete for the first time in almost 10 years was something truly special ❤️

THIS is Team United Queenston.

We don’t just train together.

We support each other. We push each other. We pick each other up. We celebrate each other.
