😊 NATIONAL SMILE POWER DAY 😊
A smile is one of the simplest gifts we can give—and one of the most powerful.
Today, on National Smile Power Day, let’s create a ripple effect of kindness. 💛
Smile at a stranger.
Smile at a friend.
Smile at a child.
Smile at yourself.
Because every smile has the power to brighten a moment, lift a spirit, and remind someone they matter.
✨ When you smile at someone, you are silently saying:
“I see you. You are valued. You are worthy.”
And the beautiful thing about smiles? They are contagious.
One smile inspires another…
which inspires another…
which inspires another…
Let’s make the world a little brighter today—one smile at a time. 😊🌎
💛 Challenge: Share your smile with at least 3 people today and see what happens.
👇 Tell me: Who gave you a smile that made a difference in your day?

🎬✨ Throwback Thursday! ✨🎬
While decluttering and reorganizing my office in preparation for summer camp and fall programming, I stumbled across a blast from the past hidden deep in my archives…
And WOW — what a memory! 😲
Back in the mid-1980s, I was cast as the International Talk Show Host and spokesperson for Invest for Success—one of Canada’s very first infomercials. 📺🇨🇦
The project aired for years across Canada, the United States, and even on cruise ships around the world! 🌎🚢
Recently, the company’s CEO, Richard Stacey, sent me a DVD copy, bringing back memories of a very exciting chapter in my acting career. Watching it decades later felt like opening a time capsule.
Looking back, I can honestly say I wish I had negotiated residuals instead of a buyout contract! 😂
Life has a funny way of coming full circle. From actor and television host to entrepreneur, mentor, arts educator, and founder of AiDa, every experience helped shape the journey.
✨ A reminder that the opportunities we say “yes” to today may become the stories we smile about decades from now.
💬 I’d love to hear from you: What’s something you’ve recently rediscovered that brought back wonderful memories?

🌸✨ I Am Constantly Growing and Improving ✨🌸
Growth is not about perfection—it is about becoming a little wiser, kinder, stronger, and more authentic each day.
Every experience teaches us.
Every challenge helps us grow.
Every act of courage moves us forward.
🌿 Nurture your mind.
🌿 Feed your creativity.
🌿 Protect your peace.
🌿 Stay curious and keep learning.
🌿 Celebrate progress, not perfection.
Like a peony unfolding petal by petal, we are all becoming who we are meant to be.
Take a deep breath. Feel the sunshine on your face. Listen to the birds. Smell the flowers. Tell someone you love them.
Life is happening right now.
✨ Be constantly growing and improving. The most beautiful version of you is always unfolding.

✨ Follow your heart. Trust your intuition. Listen to your inner voice. ✨
“Follow your heart, listen to your inner voice, stop caring what others think.”
— Roy T. Bennett
“That inner voice has both gentleness and clarity. So to get to authenticity, you really keep going down to the bone, to the honesty, and the inevitability of something.”
— Meredith Monk
In a world filled with noise, opinions, and distractions, your inner voice is one of your greatest guides. It quietly reminds you who you are, what matters, and where your heart longs to go.
🦋 10 Ways to Connect with Your Inner Voice:
• Create space in your life and schedule.
• Practice deep listening.
• Prioritize self-care.
• Begin a morning journaling practice.
• Develop healthy boundaries.
• Learn to trust your intuition.
• Pay attention to moments of insight.
• Spend time in nature.
• Nurture your physical and mental well-being.
• Make time for stillness and reflection.
The more you listen, the more clearly you will hear the wisdom that has been within you all along. 💛
✨ Trust yourself.
✨ Believe in yourself.
✨ Follow the path that feels true to you.

✨ An invisible thread connects the people, moments, and opportunities meant for us.
It may stretch.
It may tangle.
But it never breaks. 💫
The older I get, the more I believe that some connections are not accidents—they are gifts.
Trust the timing.
Trust the journey.
Trust the people who arrive with purpose. ✨
💛 Who entered your life at exactly the right moment?
