The Power Skating Skill School
Focuses optimum power from every stroke, correct stride and edge control connecting edge movement to create a consistency in your game and elimination of incorrect skating technique. Our goal is to provide players with better agility, balance and power creating better athletes with self confidence - resilence - motivation with a strong physical foundation.

We are running a winter class at Lawfield on Sunday mornings. Please see the information on my web site at
Power Skating for Lawfield and Rosedale minor hockey associations starts on Sunday October 17th. If you have not registered, please visit the Lawfield page at www.sk8canada.ca where on line registration is available. Classes are filling, but some space is still open. Note that, if these classes do not fill with Lawfield and Rosedale players, we are accepting skaters from other Hamilton house leagues. There is an extra $20 charge for these skaters.
