Today, our Grade 8 students walked out of Regina Mundi for the last time before graduation tomorrow—a milestone filled with pride, memories, and excitement for what lies ahead.
We are so proud of all you have accomplished during your time here. From your first days in our halls to this special moment, you have grown, learned, and left your mark on our school community. 💙
A heartfelt thank you to the teachers and staff who guided, encouraged, and inspired these students every step of the way.

On June 16th, Regina Mundi celebrated another successful year of the Best Buddies Club, a program built on friendship, inclusion, and kindness.
The Best Buddies Club began with just a few students asking if they could be buddies with students during recess. This simple act of kindness quickly grew into a school-wide initiative, with many students eager to make a difference and create meaningful friendships.
The celebration recognized the positive impact that the Best Buddies Club has had on the school community and the many students who continue to foster an environment where everyone feels included and valued.
A special thank you goes to Mrs. Smith (Acting Principal), Mr. Goodwin (Custodian), and our Special Education Team for their dedication and support in making this program and celebration possible. 😊 HWCDSB

Congratulations to the May award winners at Regina Mundi! 😊

On May 19, 2026, our Grade 6–8 students had an incredible time participating in Chef à l’école!
Students baked les pets de soeur, a traditional French-Canadian pastry, while practicing their French in a fun and authentic way. Through this hands-on experience, they built confidence, expanded their French vocabulary, and strengthened their communication skills.
Students also explored French-Canadian culture and history, learned about the importance of the French language in Canada, and even had the opportunity to learn how to play the spoons!
Merci to the wonderful volunteers who helped support and guide the students throughout the day — your time and help made this memorable experience possible.

Congratulations to Mrs. Gard on being the recipient of the Director’s Award for Outstanding Dedication to Students and Staff.  Mrs. Gard is truly deserving of this recognition for her exceptional dedication and service to our school community. She consistently goes above and beyond to support students, staff, and families with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Her commitment to excellence reflects the values and spirit of Catholic Education each day.
