With Convocation happening Monday it was brought to our attention that emails from the Registrar’s office containing graduation info have ended up in the spam folders of some students. If you haven’t been receiving email updates please check your spam/junk folder!

Waterloo U Co-Mac Grad Photos Update:

Hey Grads!
As many people have reached out we wanted to post an update in regards to graduation photos. At this time due to the current stay-at-home order Waterloo U Campus has cancelled/ postponed our graduation photos.

For those of you who already booked your appointment you would have received an email today stating "Due to the current lockdown, we have no choice but to cancel your appointment at this time. We will email you as soon as we can safely open again. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We will email you if we when we can start booking again."

We want to reassure everyone that the deadline to be added to the composite will continue to be postponed as we find necessary! Sorry for this inconvenience once again.

Hi Grads!

Location for Hamilton/McMaster/MoMac Grad jacket curbside pick up is Fortino's (near McMaster) 1579 Main St W, Hamilton, ON L8S 1E6.
Sunday April 11 from 12-3pm and
Monday April 12 from 12-3 pm.
Due to the current lockdown situation, McMaster is not allowing us to use their campus so we have tried our best to improvise.
Upon arrival please call/text Malaika at 289-489-8441.

Kitchener/CoMac will have pick up at Zehrs, Pioneer Park Plaza 9 am-12 pm April 11, 12 and 13.
Brittany will be in a dark grey Toyota Corolla. If you can’t find her text 519-830-7952!

If you have filled out the google form sent in email and attached in this post your grad jacket will be available for curbside pickup at your respective destination choice selected.

For those who have selected shipping, those jackets will be shipped out early next week. If any exceptions need to be made please contact us and we will try to arrange something! See you soon 🙂

Hey Everyone! We are happy to be posting this update regarding the Conestoga graduation photos!

Conestoga nursing graduates can now follow the steps posted bellow to schedule their graduations photos at the UWaterloo Campus.

I suggest scheduling your appointments asap. Currently there are appointments available from April 12th-to-23rd.

Please also share this information with your friends who do not have facebook or social media.

Hi Everyone!

We appreciate your patience as we continue to follow-up regarding graduation photos! Below is our latest update:

1. At this time, Waterloo Lifetime Studios has not returned any of our emails/calls, we had reached out to them in hopes they would offer appointments to CoMac students rather than students having to drive to the studio on Mac’s campus.

2. We continue to search and advocate for an alternative location for the Lifetouch photographers to travel to KW to host appointments for CoMac students; Rebecca has reached out to numerous libraries, arenas, and other public spaces, with no luck. We have also reached out again to Conestoga College directly, to see if they would reconsider their decision to deny access to host photo appointment on campus.

3. All students (from any site) can book appointments at the McMaster Lifetouch location to have their photos done if they have the means to travel to Hamilton; this studio is opening more dates to accommodate appointments that had to be cancelled during the lockdown. 4. The deadline to be included in the Class Composite has been extended until at least June to allow all folks to be included if they wish.

Hi friends,

We have not been ignoring your requests regarding sweaters! We were waiting to receive updates from FIGS. We had over 230+ jackets and that was a HUGE order for FIGS. They had asked for up to 4 weeks for embroidery to be complete. That being said, they have responded and they are shipping out our order on March 24th! So next week! It will take a week for shipping to arrive considering it is coming from over the borders.

We will be arranging pickup dates for MoMac/Mac at McMaster campus for the week of April 5th. Exact dates to come out next week. (If any concerns, arrangements will be made, if wanting shipping - can be done for an extra charge)

As for CoMac, arrangements for pick up will be made in kitchener! Unless you want to pick from McMaster - if so, please message the page.
