30/90 days down.
Being 100% honest I do wish I did lose more this month but on the plus I am down 16 pounds in 30 days, back on routine, feeling better, have more energy and overall been procrastinating less and getting s**t done .
I have decided to extend my program another month, I was trying to fit the 90 day challenge into 60 days lol but in all honestly I’ve slipped up here and there and still dropped 16lbs, but would rather slowly take the weight off in a healthy way, but from here on forward, I will be a lot more strict these next 60 days lock in and get these abs popping.

How do I make change PERMANENT?
there comes a time when you want to get back on track
Maybe you fell off recently and it’s time to get back on a program and routine.

“I use to be 300lbs and as I lost the weight for the sake of being healthy as well wanting to have a family one day ,but, I fell in love with fitness in the process . I felt as though I found my purpose that allows me to help others.
I am an empathetic person and can understand how getting started as well as reaching goals can take affect on someone’s mental health. It’s not just helping someone physically, it’s also helping them mentally because sometimes, you are the only support system they may have. Also, it’s not allowing someone to quit and being that person who challenges someone and not allowing their self doubt get in the way of what they can accomplish. It’s having to be give them a second to regroup or catch their breath, but then not allowing them to waste anymore time and to keep going. Thisclass we are really excited to bring to the studio if you are looking to build your b***y and overall legs this is the class for you
We will focus a lot on form, technique and properly activating the muscle, this will be a 12 week program at the end of the 12 weeks we want to provide you with the necessary knowledge and ability to perform multiple exercises to properly build your glutes,hamstring etc..
This will also come with a full meal plan a pair of socks and a T-shirt and the cost for the 12 weeks is $150 a month and you will be out coming two times per week.

Starting next week we will be starting our glute focussed camps, We are looking for 10 individuals who are looking to improve the overall muscle & definition of the lower body, our main focus will be glutes But we will also focus on overall legs (hamstrings, quads, calf's etc.)
We will be running a total of two times per week with five individuals in each class
This will be a three month program and clients will receive
