Join us for a Solstice Ceremony & Spirit Animal Drum Journey: an immersive evening of remembrance, presence, and reconnection with your inner light and the living intelligence of nature.

Guided by the steady pulse of the drum, you are invited inward into a theta state where the mind softens and inner vision naturally awakens. Within this ceremonial space, breath, intention, and prayer support a deepening into self, where insight, intuition, and symbolic guidance may arise.

You may connect with Spirit Animal allies or inner wisdom as you journey through a landscape of reflection, clarity, and reconnection to your body, your knowing, and the earth beneath you.

We close in gentle reflection and shared witnessing, held in a safe and supportive circle.

Sonara Somatics™ is the private practice arm—offering more individualized, one-on-one (or small relational) sessions that focus on deeper integration, nervous system support, and personal processing.
