Our events weave resonant learning with team-building practices, using sound, breathwork mindful movement and art. HeartSong Medicine creates the space to access sonic peace and rejuvenation. A session with Stephanie HeartSong involves: 1.Transformational life coaching to explore life's challenges from an empowered perspective
2. The Healing Art of Reiki
3. Sacred song, chants, crystal bowl tones and world instruments to attune the whole being.
4. Meditative silence to integrate the healing

Sound healing is more than simply creating a calming atmosphere. ✨

Sound, vibration, and intentional listening may offer a different way to connect with the body, quiet mental noise, support nervous system regulation, and create space for rest and emotional awareness.

Research into sound-based practices is still emerging, but findings so far suggest potential benefits for stress, anxiety, mood, relaxation, and overall well-being. While more research is needed, sound healing can be a beautiful complement to other wellness and therapeutic practices, offering another opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and support your well-being. 🤍
