Good afternoon everyone,

The Jigsaw puzzle has been figured out. Stall and camping assignments are now available for this coming weekend. Please be reminded it will be busy on the grounds again with multiple events going on. Please pack your patience and be courteous to everyone - we are all there for the same reason.

A few reminders as we head into the weekend;
- move in can commence at 1 pm on Friday June 12th
- All trailers (living and livestock) are to enter through Gate 3, no exceptions.
- dogs must be on a leash while on the grounds. Please pick up after your pup
- there is to be no open flamed fires anywhere on the grounds
- camping is tight so we ask that you park tight to your neighbour so we can fit everyone in. Each camping spot is associated with a number - please park in your designated spot so we can fit everyone in. As the grounds are fully booked we ask that awnings stay in so everyone who has booked a camping spot gets one. Once you are parked please return your number sign to the Nagy's trailer (in spot #1)
-We strongly advise you to keep your trailers and valuables locked up. OPHC is not liable for any stolen or misplaced property/belongings at our events
- no smoking is permitted inside the buildings
- please pick up after your horse in the wash racks
- all stalls must be emptied and swept at the conclusion of the weekend. There is a stall cleaning service you can contact to arrange this service if you haven't done so already through your stall reservations
- Let me say it again, Trailer entrance is gate 3, no exceptions!!!!!
- The indoor riding arena will be closed until 4PM on Friday afternoon for riding or lunging.
- The is to be no lunging in the indoor arena while the show is running. If you require lunging or extra riding space the outdoor pens are available to use.
- If you require additional shavings through out the weekend please see the show office or show manager - we will arrange for them to be delivered to your stalls
- We are looking for volunteers to help set up trail Saturday evening along with spotters/rakers Sunday morning during the classes. If you are available to help please reach out to show management.

We will be having a Toonie Toss Saturday night during the 55th Anniversary BBQ! All proceeds go directly towards our youth bursary program! You can win a one galling jug of Dac Citronella Spray, donated by Southern Ontario Dac. Bring your toonies and toss for a good cause 😁

We have had a couple stalls become available for this coming weekend. Please contact Maegan Hollinshead if you are interested in securing a stall for the weekend.
