You may be eligible to participate if you meet the following criteria:
- Age 18 years or older
- Currently depressed
Participation may involve:
- Clinical assessments & follow-up with a psychiatrist
- Completing self-report questionnaires
- Neuroimaging
- Travel compensation

Approximately 2% of the Canadian population will be diagnosed with bipolar disorder in their lifetime, yet it remains an under-researched area.
The Biomac Lab and CAN-BIND are committed to advancing research to better understand bipolar disorder and improve treatments approaches.
Today, we recognize the importance of awareness, research, and continued progress toward better mental health care for those living with bipolar disorder.
