✨ What is Practicum?
Practicum is a day-long event designed to make homeschooling doable by equipping parents with the classical tools of learning. It's a time to refocus, refuel, and refresh.

📚 What will be discussed?
Practicum is the practical part of a study. Parent Practicum gives you hands-on practice with the Five Common Topics through discussions and activities that invite you into Latin conversation.
We’ll breathe new life into an ancient language and explore how the Fifteen Skills of Learning make Latin approachable—equipping you to guide rich discussions with your children about whatever captures their imagination.
Guided by a trained Classical Conversations leader, you’ll practice these classical skills in group discussions with local homeschool parents. You’ll leave with valuable insights and practical tips to help you lead your children well in the upcoming academic year and beyond.

Current CC families, interested CC families, parents, grandparents—everyone is welcome!

Practicum is free!

Lunch: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. (please bring a packed lunch)
Afternoon Session: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
