Our founder Nadeem joined a roundtable with school leaders from around the world last week, and I think it's worth your time.

The topic was one we hear about constantly: personalised learning sounds great until you look at what it does to teacher workload.

A few things from the conversation that stuck with me:

Autonomy and consistency aren't opposites. The schools doing this well define a small set of non-negotiables and give teachers real freedom inside them.

One-off PD days don't change practice. Coaching, modelling and ongoing support do.

Differentiation doesn't have to mean every teacher building everything from scratch. Shared planning and reusable resources carry a lot of the load.

And technology only helps if it saves time. If it adds steps, it's part of the problem.
