Students are required to arrive 30min before lesson time to tack up and spend time after lessons to unpack and settle their horses back into their stall / paddock.
We require a minimum 24hour notice of cancellation to prevent incurring cancellation fees.

Beautiful big project horse.
Great prospect for all 3 rings. This 17hh dark bay mare is 6-7yrs old. UTD on all shots, good for the vet and farrier, and barefoot.
Goes out in a group and friendly to everyone. Not mare-ish at all. She has had 2 start as a 2year old at the track, and my friend called me to come get her. She was just too slow. Legs are injury free.
I gave her 1.5yrs off to grow and mature. Trained with voice command to WTC and WHOE on the lunge line.
Under saddle very green and only been sat on a dozen or so times.
My daughter does not ride anymore.
Will need someone with experience to restart her. She is mid $ 🤚👌👌👌 I am open to reasonable offers. Please PM for more info.
