As we approach a new year, we often think about what we want to stop doing. I want you to... uh, stop doing that.
Think about what you can add to your life, not take away. Do you want to add more ease and fulfillment? Do you want to add more nourishment? Do you want to feel stronger?
Whatever it is, remember this: deprivation doesn't work.

It’s hard to relax and enjoy things if the stress of committing to a New Year’s resolution is looming over you. Around this time of year, we’re bombarded with messages encouraging us to buy something – and often, it’s diet or wellness related.
You don’t have to buy it or buy into it, unless you want to!

In between enjoying your Thanksgiving feast and spending time with your loved ones, remember to spend a some time outside today! Give thanks to your body and mind by going for a short walk around your neighbourhood (or wherever you prefer to enjoy the beautiful autumn colours!)

Happy first day of fall! If you're anything like me, fall feels like the start of a new year. Maybe it's because it always feels like "back to school" season, even if you're not headed to class — it's simply a time for new beginnings.
I love to use this time to reflect on the past year and think about what I'd like to do in the upcoming months. How do you feel about the past year? What are your hopes for the rest of 2021?
