Quite simply to hydrate your myofascia on a cellular level it needs to move.
When we talk about hydrating the cells to make it healthier, we don’t mean drink more water. we mean to move your body to hydrate your tissue. When we are young and our myfasicia is “juicy,” it has a healthy two-directional lattice-like “crimp” to it. If we become too sedentary, the myofascia becomes bound down and immobilized. It loses it healthy crimp-like organization. Rolling your tissue on myo-release balls, ALL forms of exercise or getting a massage are great for cellular hydration!
