At Sleek Physique Personal Training we are just as passionate as you are, about fitness and a health Mike grew up in Windsor Ontario where he studied nutrition.

After moving to Calgary Mike studied strength and conditioning and started to grow his personal training buinsess. He has always had a passion for health and fitness which brought him to compete and win numerous natural bodybuilding contests all over North America. He was the two time Mr. Alberta Western Canadian Champion, and second place at the World Natural Bodybuilding Championships.
