Little Treasures has been offering quality daycare services in the downtown Calgary since 2010. Our goal is to stimulate the children with play and social interaction that contributes to developing emotional, physical, social, intellectual and creative skills with in each individual child.

There’s something so beautiful about seeing the world through a child’s lens, everything is new, everything is worth exploring. But while they’re busy discovering the world, they’re also watching us. They watch how we speak, how we treat others, how we handle big emotions, how we show kindness, patience, empathy and respect. We often think we’re teaching them through what we say, but so much of what they learn comes from what we show them.

Our baby Holland Lop bunnies were such a special surprise for the children, and it was amazing to watch the joy, excitement, and calm they brought to everyone ( even the teachers).There is something truly therapeutic about spending time with these sweet little bunnies, and the smiles they created were priceless!

If your child comes home asking, “Can we get a bunny?!” 🤭, you’ll be happy to know these adorable little Holland Lops are looking for their forever families.

Today we celebrated Culture Day! 🌎❤️

Each classroom celebrated in their own special way by exploring different cultures through food, music, clothing, stories, and meaningful items shared by families and educators. It was such a wonderful experience for the children to learn about different traditions and try new foods they may not normally experience.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make today so special!
