Client/Childhood Friend Highlight!
reached out to me just a month ago asking me help her get "toned".
In only 4 weeks of eating more/healthier and going to the gym CONSISTENTLY, she started to see results right away. Pushing hard right from the start and mentally getting through that "first week muscle pain".
Scalable changes
Muscles started showing up everywhere
Stomach area got tighter
Scale dropped 3lbs
Non Scalable Changes
Easier to walk up and down the stairs
Able to lift items with less difficulty
Moved rims in an out of her SUV alone
Better relation ship with food
Family noticing her changes and wanting to get in shape as well
With a lot of dedication (not motivation) she's getting to her goals faster than most people.

Client Highlight!
I have been working with Lorraine, who is at a very young age of 65, for a while now and the last few months we have seen a LOT of improvement!
When I first met Lorraine, she was wobbling like a penguin with severe leg/knee pain and lower back pain on and off.
Could barely squat down 2 inches onto a box without excruciating pain. Lower back kept getting thrown out and posture was horrific...
FAST FORWARD TO TODAY!
Down 15lbs and 3 inches off her waist.
Box squatting a little below parellel holding a 26.4lb kettlebell with NO PAIN.
Leg pressing 140lbs + machine weight with full range of motion with NO PAIN
No videos of upper body but she's been KILLING IT!
Went from being always in pain, could not do much without throwing something out and in pain for days to... Loading and unloading her 20" rims into her SUV by herself with no issues.
I am so proud of how persistent and stubborn she is. She has come so far from where we first began.
AGE IS JUST A NUMBER!

My Father In Law finally decided to start lifting weights at the age of 73. We are working on getting his strength back, increase bone density, speed up metabolism and gain weight properly.
It's only been a month and we have made some crazy progress.
At the beginning, he could barely squat just his body weight 8 times only to parallel. He was only able to deadlift 45lbs. He could barely bench 15lbs. It was also hard for him to walk up the stairs, get up off a chair let along get up off the floor with help.
Fast forward to now.. 4 weeks later...
Trap bar deadlift 92lbs for 10
Box squat below Parallel 8kg (17.7lbs) for 10
Bench press 50lbs for 10
Lots of other exercises and everything has gone up in weight
Belly has shrunk about 1.5 inches
BW still the same but legs, arms, chest back have all grown.
Walking up and down the stairs without having to use the railing
Getting up off the floor and standing up by himself!
Never too old to start!

Client Highlight!
focusing on dropping weight/fat while trying to maintain strength by carb cycling and it's working great! Started at 315lbs and now sitting at 289lbs. Little to no strength has been lost and deadlifts have finally surpassed his squats! Yay for doing accessories!
