On a rainy Sunday, May 31, Chinook Winds Adventist Academy celebrated a remarkable milestone as 15 graduates crossed the stage and completed their secondary education journey. Surrounded by family, friends, staff, and church community members, the Class of 2026 reflected on Godā€™s faithfulness throughout their years at CWAA. Their class scripture, Galatians 6:9, served as both a testimony and a challenge: ā€œLet us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.ā€ As they look toward new opportunities, post-secondary studies, careers, and service, we celebrate not only their academic achievements but also the character, resilience, and faith they have developed along the way. We pray Godā€™s richest blessings upon each graduate as they continue to follow His leading and make a positive impact in their communities and beyond. Congratulations, Class of 2026!!

Yesterday, we concluded our church visits for the year. These experiences have allowed our students to grow in confidence, develop their spiritual gifts, and serve as ambassadors for Christ in our constituent churches. Bridgeland SDA has consistently championed Adventist education and supported the spiritual growth of our students. Thank you to Lead Pastor Terrance Horrell, Assistant Pastor Ricardo Thompson, and the entire church family for your partnership, encouragement, and commitment to our school community.

Our CWAA Praise Team led worship with excellence and heart. Special thanks to Naaf Dekebi , for Childrenā€™s Story and Kelvin Matildo, Kristina Celiz, Ashton Hansen, and Anovel Innocent for faithfully using their gifts to lead others into Godā€™s presence. A special highlight of the morning was the beautiful piano accompaniment provided by Pastor Boris Ruzindana and Kin Vicedo.

Anovel Innocent blessed the congregation with a moving special music that prepared hearts for the message to come.The morning culminated in a powerful spoken word message, ā€œLove Through a Sewing Needle,ā€ preached by Anastasia Wright with wisdom, vulnerability, and conviction beyond her years, Anastasia challenged us to see others how God does. We are grateful for how God has moved.

PAC is excited to launch our new Healthy Hunger Hot Lunch Program! Our next hot lunch will be delivered on Wednesday, June 17, featuring vegetarian menu options from Edo Japan and Subway.

Orders must be placed online through Healthy Hunger by Friday, June 12. Please note that late orders cannot be accommodated. As a PAC fundraiser, menu prices help support student and school enhancement projects throughout the year. We are grateful for your support!

With grateful hearts and great anticipation, we invite you to join us as we celebrate the Class of 2026 on Sunday, May 31, at 10:00 AM. It is a moment to reflect on Godā€˜s faithfulness, the growth of our students, and the journey that has shaped them into the young leaders they are becoming. As a school community, we celebrate every lesson learned, every challenge overcome, and every step taken in faith. A heartfelt thank you to Pastor Wayne Williams, Pastor Jacques, and the entire Garden Road church family for your warm invitation, generous welcome, and gracious hospitality. We felt deeply encouraged by your kindness and partnership in ministry.

Our students and team led in various ways throughout the service: Childrenā€™s Story by Joshua Antipuesto. Praise & Worship led by Kieyn, Bianca, Kristina, and Joshua on piano. Special Music by Divine Harmony that created a truly transcendent worship moment

Pastor Ashia shared a message from Isaiah 54:13 reflecting on the strength of the threefold cord in Adventist education: Home. School. Church. When these three spaces intentionally work together, students are not simply educated. They are nurtured, discipled, encouraged, and prepared to flourish in faith and life.

ā€œBut seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.ā€ Matthew 6:33 āœØWe celebrated tiny graduates with big futures. šŸŽ“Between the songs, smiles, prayers, and proud family moments, we were reminded that the greatest thing we can give our children is a foundation rooted in Jesus.

As these Kindergarten students take their next steps, our prayer is simple: that they would always seek God first and trust Him with the rest. ā˜€ļø
