As an Early Childhood Educator, 200 hour YTT yoga teacher, certified infant massage instructor, and a Mom of 2 young children I created drop off babysitting without a facility limitations, yoga with preschoolers and infant massage for babies and parents Infant Massage classes allow parents to bond with their baby while practicing massage strokes to aid in baby's digestion, improved sleep, increase

muscle tone and learn about behavioural states, engagement cues and more. Yoga classes with Preschoolers involves parents and children (ages 3-5) to learn yoga poses and breathing techniques while having fun to aid in relaxation, flexibility, and self-regulation.
