New year. New plans. Slightly dismantled dishwasher.

Oliver kept reminding me to slow down when everything inside me wanted to spiral into “I’m doing this wrong.”
Instead of panicking, I tried something different —
by applying my own coaching mantra: think like a detective, not a critic — which is exactly how I help people when their voice feels tangled too.
