It is always a great pleasure to have our very own Barry & Nicole in Calgary!!! It was a fun class and everyone was super excited to see them in karate uniforms and teaching again!!! You are and always will be family!

We are so proud of you all, challenging your DAN exams this past week and the effort and dedication that we saw during not only your testing but also during the training sessions ahead of it!

Three days of great wado training led by Sensei Norma Foster and Sensei Peter Stoddart!!
Learned a lot and there is so much more to improve.

Special mention to Sensei David and Ethan of Sentenashi and their students as well as Sensei Murray and his students that travelled from Ottawa. Can’t wait to see and train with you all again soon.
Something big is brewing for 2025!!

Our club will host a Wado-kai Technical Seminar and Dan Examination in June 2024.
We will have the honor and pleasure to train with Sensei Norma Foster (7th Dan JKF Wado-Kai and 2nd Kyu Examiner), and Sensei Peter Stoddart (6th Dan JKF Wado-Kai and 2nd Kyu Examiner).
The seminar will take place in Calgary from June 14 to 16, 2024.
On June 15th will also host official JKF Wado-kai examination for 1st - 3rd Dan.
We are looking forward to welcoming you!

As our fall semester came to an end with a successful kyu belt testing, it is time to relax and recharge so that we can return to the dojo in the new year.
