As May comes to a close, Iโve been reflecting on the awareness it brought me.
One of the biggest lessons?
Not everything we think is a flaw actually is.
Over the years, Iโve had people tell me I have too many ideas.
That I move too quickly.
That Iโm interested in too many things.
And for a long time, I wondered if they were right.
Maybe I should be more focused.
Maybe I should tone myself down.
Maybe I should be more like everyone else.
But what if the things we judge most harshly about ourselves are actually our gifts?
What if your sensitivity is the reason people feel safe around you?
What if your curiosity is what allows you to see possibilities others miss?
What if your creativity, your big heart, your deep thinking, your energy, your humor, your ability to dream, or your need to move your body isnโt something to fixโฆ
What if itโs exactly what makes you, you?
Iโve come to realize that many of the things we call flaws are simply parts of ourselves we havenโt fully owned yet.
The world doesnโt need more people trying to fit in.
It needs more people willing to embrace what makes them different.
As I move into June, Iโm taking with me a deeper appreciation for the parts of myself Iโve spent years questioning.

Itโs something I find myself thinking about often.
We learn tools for relaxation.
Tools for stress.
Tools for muscle tension.
Tools for pain.
Tools for emotional wellbeing.
And yet, when life gets busy, many of us stop using them.
Why?
The truth is, getting stuck isnโt much fun. And every one of us experiences it at some point.
The real art of growth isnโt avoiding discomfort.
Itโs being willing to lean into it.
To pause long enough to ask:
โWhatโs really going on here?โ
โWhat small change could I make today?โ
Because sometimes itโs not the big shifts that change our lives.
Itโs the tiny daily decisions.
The walk.
The conversation.
The boundary.
The breath.
The movement.
The practice.
For me, TREยฎ is one of those tools.
It helps release tension held in the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for greater balance.
And when we feel more balanced, something interesting happensโฆ
We think more clearly.
We make better decisions.
We respond instead of react.
We start filling our cup rather than constantly running on empty.
If all we ever feed ourselves is negative self-talk, stress, pressure, and overwhelm, we never give ourselves the opportunity to experience the life weโre truly capable of living.
At the end of the day, it starts with a choice.
A choice to do something different.
A choice to support yourself.
A choice to put your wellbeing on the list.
So tell meโฆ
Whoโs going to gift themselves a little TREยฎ this weekend? ๐

This was me in my sisterโs garden in Australiaโฆ
barefoot on the grass with a yoga mat.
And honestly?
Thatโs part of why I love TREยฎ.
Itโs simple.
Accessible.
And once learned, it becomes a calming tool you can carry with you wherever life takes you.
The more tools we have to support ourselves, the betterโฆ
but the easiest ones are often the ones we actually use.
Sometimes grass works just fine lol ๐ฟ
TREยฎ has become one of those practices for me.
Not about forcing.
Not about perfection.
Just allowing the body space to release, reset, and breathe a little deeper.
And in todayโs worldโฆ having something supportive โin your back pocketโ matters more than ever.

Although I had a practitioner and completed my training and certification, there was still a deeper level of understanding I spent years discovering for myself.
I needed to truly understand the depth of TREยฎโฆ
what the body is doing,
Why the nervous system responds the way it does,
how stress and survival patterns are stored,
and what real regulation actually feels like.
That deeper understanding wasnโt fully available to me at the time.
So over the last 5 years, I never stopped learning.
I kept studying.
Practising.
Listening to my body.
Observing patterns.
Connecting dots.
Understanding the nervous system on a much deeper level.
And thatโs exactly why I now ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ.
Because I want every person I work with to feel ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐น๐ ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ, informed, safe, and understood throughout their journey.
I donโt want people just โdoing TREยฎ.โ
I want them to truly understand it.
To understand whatโs happening within their body.
Why certain emotions, sensations, or patterns may arise.
How regulation changes the way we think, feel, respond, and live.
Because when you understand the processโฆ
You stop fearing it.
You begin trusting your body again.
And for many people, thatโs where true ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ผ๐บ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐. ๐ฉท
TREยฎ isnโt about becoming someone else.
Itโs about releasing whatโs been keeping you disconnected from ๐๐ต๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ.
If this resonated with you, and youโre curious to learn more about TREยฎโฆ or perhaps even give yourself a moment to pause, release, and tremorโฆ

A gentle space to learn, understand, and experience this work more deeply.

Weโve normalized coping.
But we havenโt normalized releasing.
Think about that for a moment.
Most people have ways to get through the dayโฆ
Coffee.
Workouts.
Talking it out.
Distraction.
All helpful. All valid.
But very few have a way to actually let stress leave the body.
Because stress doesnโt just live in your thoughts.
It lives in your nervous system.
In your muscles.
In the subtle tension you donโt even realize youโre carrying.
So we keep goingโฆ
while the body keeps holding.
This is where TREยฎ quietly changes everything.
Not because itโs complexโฆ
But because itโs so simple.
Itโs easy to learn.
Itโs easy to do.
And hereโs the part that surprises most peopleโฆ
Itโs involuntary.
Youโre not making anything happen.
Youโre not forcing a release.
Your body is.
Because your body is ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐.
At a core, instinctive levelโฆ it already knows how to let go of tension, stress, and stored emotion.
It just hasnโt been given the space.
So when you learn TREยฎ, youโre not adding another tool to your listโฆ
And once you feel itโฆ
once you trust itโฆ
๐ฌ๐ผ๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ถ๐.
Anytime life builds.
Anytime your system feels overloaded.
Anytime you need to come back to yourself.
No overthinking.
No dependency.
Just youโฆ and a body that knows exactly what itโs doing.
And the wild part?
Something this naturalโฆ
this effectiveโฆ
is still sitting quietly in the background
while so many people are searching for relief.
Maybe itโs time that changed.
If youโre curiousโฆ Iโm hosting a ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ง๐ฅ๐ยฎ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ ๐ง๐ต๐๐ฟ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด, ๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ณ๐๐ต, @๐ณ๐ฝ๐บ. A simple space to learn more and to experience it for yourself, and see what your body already knows.

Itโs strange how you can look at your life and think, โnothing is really wrongโโฆ and yet something doesnโt feel right either. You wake up tired, your mind is already busy before the day begins, and there are moments when you just canโt fully take things in. Itโs subtle, but itโs thereโฆ a weight that doesnโt really lift.
What most people donโt realize is that this isnโt just in the mind, itโs in the body. The tension, the constant alertness, the quiet overwhelmโฆ it builds up, and over time it starts to affect how you feel day to day.
When the body is finally given the chance to release some of that, things begin to shift. Sleep feels deeper, your mind softens, and thereโs more space to respond rather than react. You feel a bit more like yourself again.
This is the work I guide people through. I support them in understanding whatโs happening in their body and experiencing it safely, and while being guided is where the depth comes, you also learn something you can come back to on your own, at home, whenever you need it.
Because support should feel accessible, not something you have to rely on forever.
You donโt have to stay in that constant state.
