Floor Barre Technique Series
Slide 1 - With the feet positioned above the hips, focus on finding length through the spine and maintaining turnout throughout the movement.
Slide 2 - Add a side split and return to first position with control. This variation challenges stability, flexibility, and the connection between the legs and core.

Strength, control, and flow at the barre ✨

Triple en cloche brush into front and back attitude — combining momentum, balance, and control through every swing.

The leg moves through three swings before holding the final attitude on “three,” creating a moment of strength and stability. This exercise challenges the core and lower back while building coordination, posture, musicality, and fluidity.
