Campers in SAIT's Next Great Entrepreneur camp put their creativity, teamwork and business skills to the test by designing products and running weekly sales booths on campus. Participants learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship by creating a product from start to finish, developing marketing strategies, and putting their ideas into action through real sales experiences. At the end of the camp, all profits are donated to Alberta Children's Hospital.

This summer, campers raised $921.10 for Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation, demonstrating how entrepreneurial thinking can create a positive impact in our community.

Another amazing afternoon celebrating our summer cohort of Foundations in Culinary Trades Dual Credit students!

One of the most rewarding parts of programs like this is watching students grow in confidence. On the first day, many were quiet, unsure, and understandably a little intimidated. By the final day, they were confidently welcoming guests on the microphone, serving their families with pride, and showcasing everything they had learned with big smiles.

Programs like these are so important because they provide students with hands-on learning experiences, exposure to post-secondary education, and the opportunity to discover their strengths in a supportive environment.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped coordinate and support this cohort. And a very special thank you to our donors whose generosity makes opportunities like this possible for so many young people. and the Joyce Family Foundation.

Congratulations to all of our students on an incredible summer!
