In the study, Kate Weisshaar sent fictitious resumes to real job openings. The resumes represented three types of job applicants: currently employed applicants with no employment gaps, unemployed applicants, and stay at home parent applicants.

Last week, 4 of HRSA's executive team members participated in the HRC West 2018 case competition hosted by CPHR Alberta. This was the first time the University of Calgary has competed in the competition and we are excited to announce that Asawari Bapat, Jasleen Sihota, Maryam Habib, and Sydney Smith won their pool and made it to the finals, placing 5th overall.
