I really loved this sign from the rally for education. Education really is an investment! You either pay for it now, or you pay for it later. It's embarrassing that as one of the wealthiest provinces in Alberta, our government funds it the least, and thus, values it the least. Our kids deserve better!

We fully support our Alberta teachers and what they are fighting for. Our students deserve smaller class sizes, better supports, more EAs, and the teachers deserve more pay and more support.

We also understand how challenging a strike can be for both teachers and parents alike. Ms. Mirandah Shereni would like to offer her tutoring services at a reduced rate for any parents that are public school teachers and any parents with children twelve and under for the duration of the strike.
