TONIGHT! Free Your Natural Voice is a singing and vocal training methodology developed by Maya Lewandowsky. This holistic approach uses the body as an instrument of breathing and consciousness, ultimately reshaping your voice and allowing it to find its most natural, fluid and powerful form.

Maya will speak about how trauma and conditioning shows up in our voices, and how working consciously with this part of ourselves can release old stories and limited views.

Maya will then lead us in a session to unlock our throat’s ability to speak our truth and to do so with vibrancy and ease. She will draw from her work in yoga voice theatre, “a playful, acrobatic and creative way to stretch and tone your vocal abilities using the body/mind as an instrument. “
