The seminar will be in the Gi! 1) Because there are more techniques available to teach and 2) There are more opportunities to teach Gi classes

True to form, I'm 3 weeks late posting about competing at .f.g.labs No Gi tournament.

Here's a quick highlight of my matches. My student also had an amazing performance at the event.

f.g.labs hosts a great tournament, and I truly appreciate all the competitors that came out in my division as well as all the other brackets. Summer events are notoriously challenging to get athletes to commit and attend. I love that they did it anyway for the committed athletes and to prevent gaps in competition opportunities.

Competition isn't all Jiu-Jitsu is about. Not at all. However, it's a great way to meet awesome people and is a fantastic learning tool for your journey.
