As proud partners of the Calgary Stampede with our Erickson Centre High School Campus located on Stampede Park, we’re inspired by the unveiling of the Calgary Stampede’s bold 20-year vision, reimagining the grounds into a world-class, year-round destination rooted in western heritage and community.

This forward-thinking plan not only elevates Calgary on the global stage, but strengthens the sense of connection, innovation, and experience that makes our city so special.

Join Calgary Arts Academy in spreading warmth and generosity!

Our annual Loonie & Toonie Drive is a heartfelt initiative to support families of our own students experiencing financial challenges. We are accepting donations at all campuses until MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2025. All funds collected will be pooled to purchase Superstore gift cards for families within our school community who need some extra support this winter.

Another annual initiative to foster generosity and optimism within our community, is our Mitten Tree tradition. Students are asked to bring in NEW hats or mittens to decorate the trees at each of our campuses. On December 20, donations will go to Project Warmth to help those experiencing homelessness.

Together, let’s celebrate the spirit of giving and make this season brighter for our community.

Our community came together with heart, hope, and determination for the annual Terry Fox Run and the results are inspiring!

Thanks to you, we raised $1776.68 for cancer research through the Terry Fox Foundation! With an average of 90km per class, our campuses ran farther than the distance between Thunder Bay and Calgary, a powerful tribute to Terry’s legacy.

In 1980, Terry Fox ran over 4000km from St. John’s, NL to Thunder Bay, ON before being hospitalized. This year, our students carried that torch forward, showing that the Marathon of Hope lives on in every step we take.

Thank you to every student, teacher, and family member who made this possible. We are so proud of our community!

The Scholastic Book Fair is at our Rosscarrock Middle School Campus until November 7! Students choosing their own books empowers and inspires them on their journey to become lifelong readers. Invest in your reader and support our school! Every purchase earns Scholastic Dollars that go towards books and educational resources for our classrooms and library. The Book Fair will also be open for shopping during Parent/Teacher Conferences November 6 and 7. Let’s build a community of avid readers and learners together.

A reminder that Parent/Teacher Conferences are today and Friday, November 7, 2025.

The sign-up link for the conferences has been emailed to families from your child's homeroom teacher. We look forward to seeing you!
