June provides an important opportunity to honour and reflect on the histories, cultures, and enduring contributions of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples.

I joined the Local 55 Women in Leadership Crew for a visit and a Calgary Wild FC game. The weather was the worst!! Not sure how the game ended. Toronto was leading 1-0 at halftime. That was when I wimped out. Still a great event. Thank you for organizing this ladies!!

ATA Local 55 is pleased to offer a hands‑on Photography Skills Workshop led by award‑winning wildlife photographer Dawnelle Salant.

This professional development session will introduce foundational photography concepts — including composition, lighting, and visual storytelling — with a focus on wildlife and landscape photography. These skills are not only valuable personally but can also be applied in classroom activities with students.
