They had a week full of meaningful workshops, inspiring speakers and a chance to explore Banff and present the IMPACT Project, “Bin it to Win it”. They say books can take you anywhere, but the ADN Program makes it a reality.
In Grade 10, our students don't just study geography—they live it. By traveling in pairs to stay with host families, they spend 4 to 6 weeks immersed in an AEFE school across the globe. ✈️
It’s more than an exchange; it’s a metamorphosis. Watch our students transform into global citizens.
On dit que les livres peuvent nous emmener n'importe où, mais le programme ADN en fait une réalité.
En classe de Seconde, nos élèves ne se contentent pas d'étudier la géographie : ils la vivent. En voyageant en binôme et en étant accueillis par des familles hôtes, ils passent 4 à 6 semaines en immersion dans un établissement AEFE à l'autre bout du monde. ✈️
C'est bien plus qu'un simple échange, c'est une véritable métamorphose. Regardez nos élèves se transformer en citoyens du monde.

Happy Earth Day! 🌍💧
At Lycée International de Calgary, sustainability isn’t just a subject—it’s a collaborative journey. Today, we are proud to highlight a special Inter-degree (Inter-degré) project focused on one of our most precious resources: Water. Our Grade 1 and Grade 11 students joined forces to explore water conservation, bridging the gap between our youngest learners and our graduating leaders. This mentorship allowed students to share perspectives on how we can protect our planet for generations to come.
🌱 E3D & Eco-École Label This project is a key part of our Projet E3D (École en Démarche de Développement Durable). As part of the Eco-École network, we are committed to integrating sustainable development into the heart of our curriculum—empowering students to become responsible, global citizens.
When our students work together across grade levels, they realize that no matter their age, they have the power to make a wave of change. 🌊

Learning comes to life at Camp Chief Hector! 🌲✨
Our Grade 4s traded their desks for the great outdoors during an incredible overnight adventure! This program was all about team building and diving deep into the natural world. 🏔️
Students took their curriculum into the wild with activities like:
🦊 Predator vs. Prey & the ECOnomy Game
🧗 Low Ropes challenges & the Wilderness Playground
🥾 An Exploration Day Hike
🎭 Night Science & Drama under the stars
From studying Trees & Forests to mastering the ropes course, it was an unforgettable way to explore our environment in a fun, interactive camp setting. 🎒 .ymca
L'apprentissage prend vie au Camp Chief Hector ! 🌲✨
Nos élèves de CM1 ont troqué leurs salles de classe pour le grand air lors d'une incroyable aventure d'une nuit ! Ce programme était axé sur le renforcement d'équipe et l'immersion dans le monde naturel. 🏔️
Les élèves ont transporté leur programme scolaire en pleine nature grâce à des activités comme :
🦊 Prédateur vs Proie et le Jeu de l'ÉCOnomie
🧗 Défis de cordes basses et le Terrain de jeu sauvage (Wilderness Playground)
🥾 Une randonnée pédestre d'exploration
🎭 Sciences nocturnes et théâtre sous les étoiles
De l'étude des arbres et des forêts à la maîtrise du parcours de cordes, ce fut une façon inoubliable d'explorer notre environnement dans le cadre ludique et interactif d'un camp de vacances. 🎒🤝
