Dynamic MMA Dynamic MMA was established in 1995, making us Calgary's first MMA gym. We are an MMA gym located in NE Calgary. Youth: We offer two childrens' programs.

We are very active in boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, and MMA competitions throughout Canada. The first program consists of a belt progression system and follows a traditional curriculum. The second program focuses on the fundamentals of kickboxing, opening the opportunity for students to compete in recreational tournaments. Teen: We offer kickboxing, and blended MMA classes. Recreational Adult: We

offer wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, grappling, and strength/conditioning classes. Competitive Adult: We offer everything offered for recreational adults, but it is run at a more intense pace. Competitive adults are also subject to one on one coaching sessions, nutrition help, and extra training time. Fitness Adult: We offer strength/conditioning circuits and non-contact kickboxing classes. None of the above? How about a one on one session with our certified coaches? No pressure to do anything you feel uncomfortable with, and every class is tailored to YOUR needs.

Our Traditional Kids Program (ages 6+) teaches self defense, kickboxing, and grappling.

Coach Vince Gentile has been teaching this curriculum for over 40 years. Throughout his teaching, he has taught students to build confidence and defend themselves.
