Im aware this is an artistic impression of the actual event, but the spirit of defending the weak comes through perfectly, although completely outnumbered, he should have gone on the offensive on the first as***le that peppered him , but he was concerned with the woman’s well being that allowed the rest of the goon squad to take him down … rest in power sir 💪🙏🏽

When your opponent’s hands are down defending kicks , no need to trap just hit , when he’s worried about your hands it’s easy to kick him.. this must be trained constantly 👏🏽

Defending at different ranges requires practice at all ranges
One of the things I like about no spin throw is the ability to stick from different ranges consistently..😅😅
