Goodbye to horse show summer, hello to 4h fall!

Looking forward to another season of clinics, lessons and grinding out that hard work and prep so we can do it all over again next summer.

Yesterday we said goodbye to a very special horse.

Allegro was so much for so many. He carried many people through their first rides, first shows, first wins. He was the safe horse for so many kids.

He was so deeply loved and will be sorely missed.

Rest in peace Allegro Plus 1998-2022

Point and go type, very nice ground covering trot. Was used as a lesson horse at a previous home. Loves to work and will go all day. Confident riders only.
Currently being ridden by a confident youth rider.

Hello Friends!!

Wondering if anyone found an English girth at the Magrath arena after the Chipman Horsemanship show?

Another great show in the books!!! So many riders with great attitudes makes for a wonderful day. Plus we were packed up and rolling out at 2:30!!! What a bonus!! Thank you so much to our judges Shelby Biddlecombe Show Horses & Janice Lorieau. Thank you to Nina Thiessen for not only stepping up as our ring steward, but also for donating an amazing gift for draw, and sponsoring a class! Thank you Bullock Land and Livestock for their Highpoint Sponsorship, and to our other Class sponsors, Van Slyke Performance Horses & Gentle Giant Acres!

Thanks to my husband for putting up with my horse crazy behavior and announcing for us. Thanks to everyone who volunteered their time, watching my children, running ribbons, manning gates. Thank you Kristin Woolf for running this show with me, and fielding my 1000 texts a day!

And finally, a big thank you to all of you that pay entries, and haul out to this show. It's been a dream come true to run it for you and you make it possible and worth doing.
