I don’t think Lamar realizes the impact she has on our team 💪🔥
Her natural talent is undeniable, but what people don’t see from the outside is how relentlessly hard she works behind the scenes and how genuinely she connects with everyone around her.
She hasn’t missed a single practice, camp, or event, even completing her belt testing right before traveling to Peru. She is living proof that actions speak louder than words. When she’s hurt, she ices, communicates, and keeps her coach informed never to make excuses or ask for time off, but simply to stay accountable.
In the chair, she communicates, analyzes opponents, talks through tactics with her coach, and executes the game plan with complete trust.
The pressure was real today, but she went out there, took on tough opponents, and secured her triple gold of the season like a true champion. 👑
