All contact will be done via email.
The UK website will direct all inquiries to the UK Solution Centre email inbox, which will be managed by representatives in the U.S.

We will continue providing support for returns after 1 January. Returns will continue to be shipped within the UK, so neither you nor your customers will incur any increase in postage. Once you or customer(s) contact the Solution Centre by email, the team will reply and provide the address for the return.
We will honour all guarantees. As per the written guarantee policy, if the actual product replacement cannot be made due to unavailability, we'll offer a comparable product replacement that shall be equal to, or greater than, the original price paid.
Replacement parts orders will be accepted until 31 December, 2015.
Beginning 1 January, 2016, we will not be taking orders for replacement parts, as the business will be closed.
Here are some additional answers to questions you may have:
Q: Am I able to buy any products?
A: We will not be selling products or accepting any orders after 31 December, 2015.
Q: What information do I need before I contact Customer Service?
A: We'll need your name, show number, phone number, email address, product number/description, and a convenient time to reach you.
Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: We work emails Monday through Friday during our normal hours of operation, which are 7am-11pm CST (1pm-5am GMT). We're also open on Saturdays from 8:30am-4:30pm CST (2:30pm-10:30pm GMT).
Q: How can I find out what guarantee my product has?
A: You can locate the guarantee on your original sales receipt, or you can email us at [email protected].
Q: How can I replace my product that has a guarantee?
A: Please email us at [email protected]. If the actual product replacement cannot be made due to unavailability, we'll replace it with a comparable product, equal to or greater than the price you paid.
Q: Will the toll free number continue working? If so, for how long?
A: Effective 4 January, 2016, the Toll Free number into the UK Solution Centre office (0800 9 555 888) will no longer be manned. Until 21 January, a recorded message will direct callers to the [email protected] email address. Beginning 22 January, 2016, the number will be disconnected.
