Can only say I’ve been there, done that, but I’ve lost all the shirts where they’ve been ripped. It’s not the shirt that made me. I appreciate the coaches, mentors, students, and clients who supported to get me where I am now, and the support and sharing knowledge continues.

Girl refuses to give her phone number and the cowardly male slams body slams her and stomped her head in.
Woman have every right to withhold personal information, especially from predators. Who would’ve expected this would be his reaction. However, the fact that he was verbally aggressive immediately tells you this is going to be escalated so you have to stay aware of changes in actions and intentions.
This guy needs to be locked away for good and the only boundaries he will now learn, is the four walls and how other men will break his boundaries for what he did.

He’s very difficult for any untrained person to fight back when you’re grabbed by surprise, from behind, so again, do not tune your back.

Kicks are always an option. Longer range, power behind the strike, but needs continuous training to maintain the flexibility and speed.
We avoid high kicks……we’re not always warmed up when we are accosted on the street, and everyone ages and stiffens up.

As long as you can kick effectively to the knee or midsection, that could prove to be a win

Defense against a dog attack, what would you do. It’s a very different fight against a 2 legged human who are way slower than animals.

The mockery, persecution, segregation and belittling I and others had to endure made many of us stronger, wiser and later, taught us to love ourselves. It was never an easy road nor was the healing, but here I am, spreading love and knowledge.

I’ve always said, if you $h!t or 8leed and different than I do. I’ll praise the ground you walk on.

It’s disturbing to hear about incidents like a female security guard being violently attacked at a train station. Jobs in security, law enforcement, and other public-facing roles can come with real risks, and those risks don’t disappear just because someone is doing their job properly. Unfortunately, there are people who refuse to respect authority or follow basic rules, and situations can escalate quickly. For women in these roles, there can be added challenges, including being underestimated or targeted, which makes the work even more demanding.
This is a reminder for everyone—no matter your job—to stay aware of your surroundings and trust your instincts. If something feels off, it’s okay to step back and prioritize your safety. At the same time, the public needs to do better by respecting those who are there to keep spaces safe. Following instructions, staying calm, and showing basic respect can prevent situations from turning dangerous. Everyone deserves to go to work and come home safely..
