Seasonal Soul Retreats at River Cross Ranch are designed for individuals who are ready to step out of constant doing and reconnect with themselves in a practical, embodied way.

This is not about escape — it’s about integration.

Together, we’ll explore emotional intelligence through the body, nervous system regulation, reflective practices, and nature-based experiences that support real, lasting change. Participants will leave with:

It has been a journey of self discovery when I decided to create .a.boardvacay and what a journey it has been! 5 years of business and I have decided to make some BIG changes.

Dont worry...I am not going anywhere.

I realised last year I was trying to do EVERYTHING and realised I let my community down in so many ways. That hurt. I love meeting new people and helping them develop their mindset and skill set. Seeing the community not being how it was the year before made me realise I am not putting this time or energy into the areas of my business I am really passionate about. The people!

I am focusing only on the community and what the people need from me. That is my time and knowledge.

I am so pleased to have found myself a bunch of crazy ladies who are willing to still paddle with me. It was snowing when we arrived....enough for to open up early! And there we are paddling the lake hehe ☺️

I guess will need to paddle and ski on the next trip before it freezes over 😀
