Lifting weights is not necessarily for those with specific goals.. Even if you feel like you don’t need it now. Do it for later when you grow old. If you can’t start or do it alone ? Pick a trainer to help you..

Exercise in the past wasn’t top priority and that was because we did thing in a more natural way.
Today, things are just done in anyway possible and in most cases could cause harm to the human health..
Add exercise to that routine your parents didn’t show you and live a stronger and healthier life
