Starting our bug unit!

St Paddy’s day crafts, signs of spring and snowmen!

Lots of st Patrick’s themed activities! Playdough with a tinker tray, fizzy coins and a coin dig

PD day on Friday means we get to do a couple fun projects! First we got boxes and a bunch of loose parts and the kids got to build! They made cars, scales, fancy cribs and many other things.
After that we went into the backyard to play in the snow with all the sand toys.

Last week we went out to the forest and the kids build their own mini shelter

Yesterday we rescued animals using hot water and salt and discussed how people use the salt on the sidewalks to melt the ice.
The we went outside and build some big snowballs and snowmen in the snow!

The kids have been having fun making giant snowballs and making snow angels in the snow

We took the dried out markers and made colored water we took outside and colored the snow!
