Help me understand why I felt so terrible after my massage? (which was aggressive and went after all my major tension spots that remain).
Very contradictory info out there.
Some say there is no toxins squished out of your muscles that you have to drink water for like this guy:

Either way I drink crazy amount of water, and will be telling my Massage therapist to take it easier on me going forward. I never want to feel like that over a span of five days ever again! Had to miss some things in life because of it. But life goes on my friends and it’s up to us to keep on living it!

Hey guys I’ve been away working on me and my body for quite some time now. I had to start over twice due to muscle strains from trying to get stronger too fast. Wasn’t fun!
But I wanted to share some of the tools that I have been using religiously and daily. My day to day life is a lot different now but I’m now incorporating things that are going to keep me moving long into my old man years…. When ever that is? Lol

I have learned that when recovering the body, like most things, slowly and consistently is always the key.
