What is functional resistance training all about?
Increasing mobility/stability
Relating movements back to everyday life, move better, feel better
Strengthening the core
Focusing on decreasing injuries
Improving posture and muscular balance
The benefits are endless

The goal with my programming is to help you feel strong, mobile and just keeping you moving through day to day life.

Class Times: Every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at noon for 55 mins. Includes full warm up and cool down. All sessions are held at DASH Training in Springbank, 250023 Mountain View Trail

Who Can Join? The sessions are reserved for participants over the age of 18 and open to all fitness levels.

Purchase Options: 10 class packs available or 1 time drop in fee. Your first class is always free, so bring a friend!

Gyms closed again in Alberta but don’t let that hold you back!

I am offering an 8 week strength training program. Classes will all be virtual zoom, super convenient in the comfort of your own home. All levels of fitness welcome as I will give options and challenges as needed! 👊🏻

Equipment can be whatever dumbbells you currently have or even body weight. I just want to share my love of movement and help you find the joy in it. This program can mean something different to everyone!! Confidence, mental health, accountability, longevity....the possibilities are endless.
