What if you’re not broken?
What if there’s actually nothing to fix
… just a whole lot to clear out?
Healing isn’t some perfect return “home” especially when the place you came from didn’t feel safe to begin with.
Maybe healing is building a home you actually want to live in.
Room by room.�Belief by belief.�Pattern by pattern.
Not rushing into the basement before you trust yourself with the light switch.
Not keeping things just because they’ve “always been there.”
Not letting just anyone walk through your front door.

Healing is… in my opinion… �– emptying closets you didn’t even realize were full�– questioning what you inherited and what you actually chose �– repairing the cracks instead of pretending they’re not there�– creating safety and security

You’re not broken.�You’re just a house full of things that were never yours to carry.
So the real question is…�are you ready to build a home that finally feels like you?

Every reaction is a form of agreement.
Agreement with self-loyalty or self-abandonment.

The pause is your power.
The pause allows you the time to decide whether or not to detonate the explosives that reside within you.

You have the ammunition…
But you don’t always have to put out like a cheap ass hoe. Save it for the right target. Save it for the right moment. The right opportunity.

Your energy is bougie.
Your attention is bougie.
So ask bougier questions.

Canva templates, narrative echo chambers, white wash, AI, beige and bland. Everyone saying the same old s**t. We get it… we’re awakening… oh my oh my… we’re awakening… oh myyy…. Who fu***ng cares…

We’re all still over consumption cm bucket s***s. We’re all still left brain, logical, psychoanalyzing Epstein file, sterile-structure-perfection-hoes.

Polished tirds.

No more interesting than a dull fart.

Where the f**k did our humanness go?

Our RIGHT brain.

ART.

Messy beauty.

Experimental.

Creative big picture infinite potential anti-perfect personas.

Anyway.

My point is….

WE’ve been stripped. We’re bare. We’re at the beginning. A new year. Year 1. We’ve witnessed a cycle of misery, madness, frantic hustle and frazzle. Burn out brutality bulls**t. Mechanical frameworks, machine minds…. Muted magnetism.

Millennials missing what used to be… romanticizing analog life… landlines, costume parties, handwritten notes, in person hangouts and creativity… for no other reason than marinating in the moment of creation. Not production…..

Maybe it’s not nostalgia.
Maybe it’s our nervous systems way of trying to find its way back to something human. Something real. Something sentient.

… Because we’ve realized that we’re dying.

And there are so many moments we’ve missed…

It is all but a blip.

So make magic of the mundane. The in between, outside, between the line imperfect brand that is YOU. Your life. Your story. Your art.

Stop sweeping your feelings under the rug!
Take a deep breath, feel your feet on the ground, notice three things you see, look them in the eye and say what’s on your heart. Practise it multiple times a week.

Don’t let it pile up.

Unspoken words fester.

The longer you bite your tongue. The longer you hide and say nothing to, ‘keep the peace’ or lie to yourself and say ‘everything is fine’ the longer it will take you to recover from abandoning yourself. Abandoning the relationship. The longer it will take you to find connection again.

When we lock our feelings, thoughts and emotions in the closet… over time, we forget what’s in there. We disown and disassociate.

We deny our values and live out of alignment with what is true for us. We forget who we are.

You’re better than that. You are meant for more💞

This one’s for those of you who are hot and cold, on and off or inconsistent with discipline.

God, Source, Spirit—thank you for the gift of discipline.

Not as punishment, but as devotion to the highest iteration of myself.

Every choice I make, every habit I embody, every action I take is an act of loyalty to my vision and my purpose.

I show up for myself because I love myself.

I honour my commitments because I know I am worthy of having everything I’ve ever dreamed of.

Today, I choose consistency, courage, and follow-through.

Thank you for guiding me into deeper levels of personal responsibility, discipline and self loyalty.

Healing isn’t about fixing…
it’s about remembering who we really are beneath what we inherited from our heritage!!!

We don’t heal the past by fixing it.
We heal it by loving it —
by bringing light to the stories we once ran from.
The stories so dark they were hidden.
This is the power of breaking the generational pattern breaker! 
When we reclaim our energetic attachment to the old story, the old behaviour, the outdated belief system…. we change everything that comes after us.
Endings become beginnings.
Pain becomes purpose.
And we become the pattern breakers our ancestors have been waiting for.

There’s this quiet kind of exhaustion that lives in women who hold too much.

The kind that doesn’t always look like burnout… 
it looks like holding your breath while managing everyone else’s needs.
It looks like loving deeply, but forgetting yourself in the process.

This week, I coached a new mama who’s solo caring for her baby (her partner is FIFO) and her elderly grandmother, all while preparing to return to work in a few months.

It’s had a tough go for her lately… 
Stress, panic attacks, overwhelm… 

She’s strong, capable, wildly devoted —
and she’s learning what most of us were never taught:

🕊️ Rest is not earned. It’s sacred.
💫 You can love your family and still choose yourself.
🌿 You can put the phone down, take the breath, and trust that nothing will fall apart while you do.

We don’t heal by doing more.
We heal by softening into what’s already here.

So if you’re in a season of holding it all… this is your permission slip to let something drop.
Let it be easy for a moment.
Let yourself rest.

Because peace isn’t found in the next to-do list…
It’s found in the pauses you allow yourself to take.

Allow yourself to take the fu***ng pause sis!

Loneliness isn’t a punishment — it’s preparation

So often we rush to fill the silence.
But what if your loneliness is actually life clearing out the old and making space…
for the version of you you’re becoming?

What if instead of running from it, you sat with it and listened?
Because in the stillness, your soul speaks… 
And what it whispers… changes everything.

✨ This is your reminder that you’re not broken, you’re not even really lonely… You’re becoming.

You’re packing up the trash and clearing out what no longer resonates or aligns with your future.

You’re experiencing the death of what was and prepping yourself for what will be. 

Running from your loneliness will only keep you exactly where you are… so shut up, sit still and listen to it. 

Loneliness is your spirits way of telling you, “It’s time do a little house keeping, take a little inventory, ponder some choices and make a make a few key decisions.”
