At Brookes College, we believe that balance is the key to both productivity and success.
As we gear up to welcome our September batch of students, our team took some well-deserved time to unwind at Launchpad Golf because sometimes, a little fun goes a long way in fostering collaboration and unity!
With our recent team expansion, we were able to form two friendly, competitive teams.
The ladiesโ team, led by our inspiring President, Dr. Tomi, and the menโs team, captained by our Operations Manager, Varun, faced off in an exciting game. While practicing our swings and sharing plenty of laughs, we connected in ways that go beyond the office walls.
These team-building moments not only allow us to relax and recharge, but they also strengthen our relationships, improve communication, and foster a spirit of togetherness. This renewed sense of connection empowers us to move into the fall semester more synchronized and motivated than ever, ready to support our students and tackle our shared goals.
A united team is a successful team, and weโre excited to carry this energy forward as we welcome new students into the Brookes College family.
